SUBJECT: OHS Special Flash | Harvest Faire - Know Before You Go

We'll see you tomorrow at the Harvest Faire!

Here's what you need to know before you go: 


  • Hit the ATM first - the Faire is CASH or CHECK only! We will NOT be able to accept any credit card or Venmo payments.


  • The weather looks great for an outdoor Harvest Faire! We will set up behind the school. Please note the kindergarten wing entrance will be blocked.


  • Visit the check-in table outside behind the upper wing to pick up or purchase your wristbands and tickets.  Wristbands will be available for $35 and give your child access to the inflatables, games and crafts.  Tickets are $1 and can be used towards those activities plus the bake sale, food, and drink. 


  • Shop for OHS gear! Spiritwear will be for sale between 3pm-5pm.


  • Hungry? We will have Sammy's Hot Stone Pizza Truck - which is CASH ONLY - and Garden Catering, hot dogs, our bake sale, and drinks, which all can be purchased using tickets.


  • You can still submit tickets for the Harvest Faire raffle in the gym until 3:45. No food inside the gym, please. We'll start pre-drawing some prizes in order to keep things moving quickly and begin announcing them in the gym at 4:30. The rest of the prize winners and grand prize will be drawn LIVE! You do not need to be present to win!


  • Thanks to all who have offered to donate baked goods and cakes for our bake sale and cake walk game. You can drop off your desserts on the table at the main entrance Friday after dismissal until 5:30pm, or Saturday between 9am-12pm. Bake sale goods should be individually wrapped. If your treat was baked with an allergy or dietary need in mind, please label accordingly. 


  • Pumpkin decorating contest entries should be labeled with your name and grade. Pumpkins must be dropped of FRIDAY at the main entrance table between 3:30pm-5:30pm. 


  • Pumpkin contest voting will take place at the Harvest Faire until 4:30pm, and the winner will be announced following the raffle.


  • Volunteers still needed! We need your help to make this event a success - please consider signing up here to man a station. You can split a shift with a friend or invite your older OHS alums to help!


  • Need some fall decor? At the end of the event we will be selling the hay bales for $10.
